How To: DIY Inaugural Luncheon Re-creation.

By Chrisjob

Okay, so you didn't get invited to the luncheon yesterday, and didn't get a chance to help John Kerry and Chris Dodd catch Ted Kennedy. And you didn't get to taste the Lincoln-ish menu that was served to more than 200 guests.

But, you can re-create it on your own. The joint commission on Inaugural ceremonies has publised the recipes for the first course- Seafood stew- through the main dish- a duo of duck and pheasant- to the dessert - apple cinnamon sponge cake with a sweet cream glacee.

Get 'em here. Just grab a suit, a solid red and blue tie, and go for it!
