I'm really artistic and also extremely thrifty so my decorating style is thrift-vintage-crafty-antique-ethnic. I love finding unusual items on E-bay, like central asian tapestries, vintage children's clothing from Turkmenistan and funky vintage textiles. Pix of my place can be found here: http://www.pbase.com/holyghostrally/redesign

Recently I got into doing digital art and scrapbook design using Photoshop. I think there's a lot of potential to create frameable art using this medium, in addition to doing inkjet image transfer onto fabric and other surfaces. One thing I love about my townhome is that the first floor is all wood + it has quite a few rooms. Other than that, it's a mid 80's box.  If i had better carpentry skills I would put up crown molding everytwhere and replace the cheesy trim with something that had more architectural character.

Last thing I bought...sage green doo dads for the kitchen.

If you love vintage children's clothing our store could be a dangerous place. :) You would love the collection we have in the store. We do love keeping cool pieces and framing them...a nice decoration idea.

Hey Debra, we're feeling bad about a couple bugs you uncovered in your first hours on curbly..  just getting back to you to let you know we've found the upcase email address issue and fixed it.  We also noticed you put up a bmp file -- those don't resize easily with our software, so we we need jpg, gif, or png (but now it will be enforce by the system).  Sorry if this is getting too techie.  Thanks for your patience!!

Thanks. Sounds like a fun site. I'm always up for creative ideas.

It was also rejecting my email addy in registration until I used all lowercase. This is weird unless you use Unix or something.
